Executive Secretary

  • Provide full range of secretarial, personal and business support to CEO, including but not limited to managing business & social calendar, travel schedules and arrangements
  • Prepare various correspondence, reports, minutes and presentation materials
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to facilitate efficient decision-making and communication
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, facilitate collaboration between departments, and ensure workflow efficiency
  • Undertake ad hoc research including information collection, compilation and analysis for specific issues as assigned, and provide a summary/proposal to facilitate the management’s decision making
  • Assist with additional projects and provide ad-hoc support when needed
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience in financial institutions
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Presentable, meticulous, organized, multi-task and detail-minded
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese word processing
